Declined prod. All the sources are database or result listings. The only third party source is this book but searching Chiwala there are 5 small mentions and nothing indepth. not even a few lines about Chiwala. LibStar (talk) 23:59, 21 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep, I expanded this article just before it was nominated for deletion. Not all the sources are databases; for example Zambia Sporting Score: A Period of Hits and Misses lists the subject in the context of a few of his performances. Subject went far beyond the typical Olympian stub because he qualified for several international championships (African Games, Commonwealth Games, Olympics) and set a 2:22:45 marathon PB in the 1970s as Zambia's top marathon runner. SIGCOV of him would exist in Zambian physical media from that era as soon as those archives are available to us. --Habst (talk) 13:15, 22 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
  • Navify to a page mentioning his Olympics and Commonwealth Games. Not even a single full sentence directly on him in the book, which seems to contain a fairly exhaustive almanac of all Zambian international sporting appearances (the context where Chiwala is mentioned, apart from one shared sentence in prose) as well as secondary coverage of the athletes that were more impactful. If Chiwala's performance had actually garnered significant attention we would expect this to be reflected by deeper coverage in this book, but that is not the case. • Navify: I was unable to find any WP:SIGCOV for WP:SPORTSBASIC to be met here. Navify as a WP:ATD. Let'srun (talk) 22:24, 22 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
  • Sorry, I've been closing AFDs for several years now but I have not encountered "Navify" before and I doubt it's listed on the AFD policy page as a possible closure option. It's not listed at WP:ATD which Let'srun refers to. Can someone explain this outcome and link to its explanation on a policy page? Liz Read! Talk! 21:56, 28 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Article tagged as unsourced since 2014. While technically the external links and releases are source, I have not been able to find any other sources that might contribute to notability, including while searching for the founders name instead of the generic "Fire". Attempted to PROD, was removed on the grounds that a generic name and pre-internet subject deserves more attention, so taking this here. Rusalkii (talk) 00:24, 29 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The sources are concentrated in 2009, and the same is true after searching on Google.--日期20220626 (talk) 00:17, 29 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
